STEVEN BARRY
Steve grew up in the Michiana area and started out in the food industry where many others have: in fast food. He quickly outgrew it and moved into full service.
Over the course of his 18-year career, he has grown to oversee multiple corporate operations and has built a vast skill base of knowledge in the kitchen, the bar, fine dining, casual, small concepts, and very high volume.
Steve hopes to bring his unique perspective to the podcast along with personal experience from the lifestyle.
SEAN COLLINS
Another 18-year vet of the industry, Sean grew up in the same Michiana area as Steve.
He cut his teeth in small town bars from his hometown and grew into higher end, center-of-the-plate focused restaurants in Indiana.
He later journeyed into the world of food sales, partnering with dozens of hotel chains and local restaurants.
Sean currently manages a small burger concept restaurant and aims to bring his curiosities to the podcast.
